OUR PRESIDENT

Lisa Pusateri has been a licensed Mortgage Broker in the State of Florida since 1985. For over 22 years, she has specialized in arranging financing for unique situations. She appreciates the pristine credit clientele, but is never judgmental toward people who have challenges in their lives. She takes pride in making homeowners of clients who never thought they could buy their own home.

MORTGAGE BANKER

Lisa Marie Wheeler brings 17 years of expertise to our company. She began her career as a receptionist in 1991 in PA. Since then her experiences include: a title agent working closely with closing attorneys and realtors; owner of a mortgage processing company; an FHA underwriter; a mortgage broker specializing in new construction; a wholesale account executive specializing in creative financing; and, now as a licensed mortgage banker. Perseverance has kept her in the business through the good times and the bad; and her integrity has provided her a growing referral base of satisfied clients.

OUR REVERSE MORTGAGE CONSULTANT

Larry Brooks comes to us with 3 years experience as a Reverse Mortgage Consultant.  He has a BA from Auburn University and a M.ED from Worcester State College.  He has served our country in the U.S. Army where he was granted Top Secret Clearence.  He also worked very hard at Delta Airlines for 26 years, 20 of those with Federal Background clearence, retiring in 2005.  His passion is working with our clientele 62 years young and over, arranging Reverse Mortgages to largely assist with their future financial planning needs.  He is very active in our community participating in charity fund raisers, working with the “West Central Florida Agency on Agiing” speakers bureau, an active member in numerous local Chamber’s of Commerce, networking groups and business organizations.  And last, but certainly not least, he has won blue ribbons for baking at both The Florida State Fair, for his banana bread, and the Florida Strawberry Festival, for his carrot cake.  Not only blue ribbons, but overall champion!  We are very proud to have him on board at A & A.

OUR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

To our good fortune, Tammie Sidwell and her husband, found us through our Yellow Page ad back in July of 2001. Four mortgages later; thankfully, she is now part of our family. She handles all office management, telephone communications, and marketing support–just to name a few of her many responsibilities.
